Former Member of Parliament for La Dadekotopon, Nii Amasah Namoale has expressed unique interest in President Nana Akufo-Addo's government.
Nii Amasah Namoale responding to a question on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme, told host Nana Yaw Kesse that he would like President Nana Akufo-Addo to give him an appointment.
He expressed desire to become a Special Advisor to the President.
Though the office of Nana Addo has issued an apology on Sunday after the President was accused of plagiarizing the speeches by US Presidents, Bill Clinton and George Bush during his inaugural address to Ghanaians, Nii Amasah Namoale believes the new government has disgraced the country and further made the nation a mockery to the international communities.
According to him, the lifting of passages from the speeches of the world leaders exposes Nana Addo and his government as being ineffective in the administration of the State.
Namoale therefore wants Nana Addo to make him a Special Advisor in the area of speech writing to help him deliver sound speeches that perhaps won't launch the nation into disgrace.
He said in response to Nana Yaw Kesse that if Nana Addo decides to give him a position in his government, "I will choose where I want to go. If only he makes me the National Security Coordinator or Special Advisor to the President in terms of Speech Writing.”
