According to him, the issue has exposed Ghanaians to international ridicule and so wondered why Ghana would still be dealing with the matter in this democratic dispensation.

Kwesi Nyantakyi, Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, has thrown down the gauntlet to sports journalists in the country, daring them to present their "three deadliest" presenters to face him in a crossfire on Neat FM.

The GFA President challenged all the sports journalists (not excluding Countryman Songo, Presenter of Fire to Fire on Asempa FM, Peace FM's Sports Presenter Dan Kwaku Yeboah, Gary Al-Smith of Joy FM, Christopher Opoku, GNA's Veronica Commey among others), to meet him face to face on Adakabre Frimpong Manso's programme to argue out their case regarding how he (Nyantakyi) has managed or mis-managed the country's football affairs.

Nana Ofori Owusu has asked government to set up a proper office for persons responsible to watch over State vehicles and logistics in the country.

Nana Ofori Owusu expressed worry over the missing State vehicles from the Flagstaff House, saying "it affects our economy. It affects our leadership. We ought to show confidence in our economy, in our structures. If things are not going on well, there are State authorities. We should ensure that State authorities do such work for peace to reign because we want to raise the image of Ghana".

PPP Communicator, Nana Ofori Owusu has asked President Nana Akufo-Addo and his government to ensure that their free SHS policy inure to the benefit of Ghanaians.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured Ghanaians that his government “will fund the cost of public Senior High Schools for all those who qualify for entry from the 2017/2018 academic year onwards.”

The free SHS policy of the government is to commence in September this year and will cover "agricultural, vocational and technical institutions at the high school level."

Eugene Arhin, Director of the Communications at the Presidency, informed Ghanaians earlier this week that over Two Hundred (200) vehicles are nowhere to be found among the fleet of cars at the Presidency.

The vehicles were given to the officials of the past NDC government to use and to return after exiting office.

The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has withdrawn the appointment of persons who were employed at the Secretariat by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in December 2016.

The NSS employed some personnel in December 2016 but on the advice of the Minister of Education, has laid them off.
