SA Xenophobic Attacks: There's No "Sense" In Jacob Zuma's Head - Allotey Jacobs

Allotey Jacobs, Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has strongly condemned the on-going xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

The South African government is finding it difficult to suppress the barbaric hunting down of black foreigners by angry natives who are registering their displeasure over what they consider as “foreign nationals taking over their jobs”.


The xenophobic violence is reported to have started after comments by the Zulu King, Goodwill Zwelithini who said all foreigners must “go back to their countries” while reacting to a company which said it would only employ foreign nationals.

President Jacob Zuma’s son Edward Zuma is also alleged to have fueled the attacks after saying government needs to stop running away from dealing with xenophobia, and it must also stop unnecessarily accommodating foreign nationals.

Addressing the issue on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo", Allotey Jacobs blamed President Zuma partly for the attacks on foreign blacks in the country and lambasted him (Jacob Zuma) for failing to stop the attacks.

To the NDC stalwart, the South African President lacks "sense"; a basis for the continuous attacks on fellow blacks in the nation.

“Jacob Zuma is part of it. There’s no sense in his skull…His head is not beautiful at all,” he said.

The NDC Central Regional Chair further warned South Africans of the repercussions of their 'senseless' attacks on other African nationals.

He expressed disappointment in the South African government for not educating their nationals of the contributions and sacrifices other Africans made in ensuring that Apartheid rule was eradicated, and prayed the Whites regained control over the Rainbow Nation once again in the wake of these fresh xenophobic attacks.

“I will as well say that the Whites should have ruled South Africa forever. This is because when you look at the attitude of those of African descent, they’re little below human beings…Kwame Nkrumah suffered for these people. A lot of them were in our secondary schools, were in our Universities; free (scholarship), is this our reward as Africans? What saddens me most is that they’ve targeted Mozambicans…

“The issue is how will the white man respect the African?...sensible heads in South Africa should stand up and defend the human race and not the black man. This is disgraceful; a big disgrace to all the black race. Are we in the era of the Stone Age?” he fumed.
