“As we relocate the Presidency today, permit me to emphasize that the primary objective of all public policies to be pursued by government will be targeted at first and foremost improving and enhancing human capacity and the dignity of all Ghanaians. Adjusting viable desire to accelerate social economic transformation and the quest for scientific discovery and innovation requires the production of highly skilled human resources and the social support system that incentivizes and motivates the citizenry to commit themselves to higher levels of productivity,” he continued.
