Presidential Staffer, Kojo Adu Asare has cautioned Bishop Daniel Obinim to train up his children well and desist from making a mockery of them to the public.
According to Kojo Adu Asare, the founder and leader of the International God's Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim's public whipping of his adopted children has left a stain in his godly garment.
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', he questioned Bishop Obinim's moral training of the children stressing that if he had somehow trained them in the right way, they may not have engaged in the sexual act.
“He says he’s disciplining the children; at this age? What went into their beginning? The bible says train up a child in the way they should go. When they grow, they will not depart.”
Adu Asare advised Bishop Obinim to behave as a man of God and use the "Word of God which is the sword of the spirit” to discipline the children, not the “public flogging that he will display in the eyes of the public.”
The obviously unhappy Presidential Staffer further stated "he should ask himself what he ingrained in those children for which reason, they are showing these signs. What have been they been seeing? What have they been hearing? What have they been privy to? What have they been exposed to?
“For me, he displayed more than just whipping these children in public. Look at the way he even spoke to the wife. Please, what is he showing to his congregation . . . Shouting at the wife in front of the same public – church members. So, what are you teaching the husbands of your church members? I think he should critically examine himself,” he said. |
