Weeks ago, Ametor Quarmyne was on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" programme and made a solemn promise to make available the list which he would submit to the station on his next visit.
Ametor Quarmyne had lauded President John Mahama over the achievements of his administration and cited the President's promise to establish 200 Community SHS as one of the successes of the Mahama administration.
He further noted that though the President has earlier indicated in the NDC Manifesto that only 10 of the schools had been commissioned, 123 others were in different stages of completion.
While making his submissions on the programme, the Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide challenged him to make the list available for public verification.
He was later queried by host Kwami Sefa Kayi when he failed to produce the list on his next visit to the station.
However, a couple of weeks after making the promise, Ametor Quarmyne who told host Kwami Sefa Kayi that he had to comb the Ministry of Education for the list, finally revealed the 123 Community Schools under completion.
Deputy Minister of Education in charge of Tertiary Education, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, in a statement indicated that the 123 Community SHS have all been awarded on contract, adding that some of the schools have been commissioned by the President.
He further stated that others have been completed while some are nearing completion.
