Let Nana Addo Stop Sleeping & Work; Ghanaians Don’t Want To Try Anybody 'Keke'

Kojo Twum Boafo has urged leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to put their flagbearer Nana Addo to work.

According to him, Nana Addo has not yet be awakened from his slumber and so, cannot see any developmental projects by President John Mahama to the people of Ghana.

Speaking on 'Alhaji and Alhaji' on Radio Gold, Kojo Twum Boafo wondered why Nana Addo has been going around and telling Ghanaians that President Mahama has failed in the road sector.

He dared to ask Nana Addo if he has been travelling on a "magnetic levitation" to do his campaign in various communities across the country.

Mr. Twum Boafo believes Nana Addo and the NPP have no message for Ghanaians, hence their refusal to disclose their manifesto to the nation.

He therefore had a word of exhortation for the NPP, saying "for the other guy (Nana Addo) to win elections, he needs to get to work. He needs to get to work and he needs to stop telling the people of Ghana that ‘Vote for me keke’ . . . Ghanaians don’t want to try anything 'keke'. They want to try something based on track record. Based on what they see of you. So, you cannot get up from Accra, from Nima pass through Circle, pass through Kasoa, get to Takoradi and say that they didn’t do anything. Nobody has done anything. There are no roads.

“How did you get there? Did you travel on magnetic levitation? The people of this country want sincerity. They want humility. So, for those people who want their man to come to power, advise him to work.”
