ENTERPRISE Rebrands!!!

Enterprise Insurance Company Ltd, the oldest insurance company in Ghana, has streamlined its operations to render enhanced services to its clients and Ghanaians.

The company, which was established in 1924 and first to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) since 1991, has over the years remained topnotch providing insurance and better pension management services to the citizenry.

Enterprise Group Ltd, an umbrella of the company and its other subsidiaries, is repositioning its business as a diversified financial services group and in support of its objective, has unified its diverse range of business under a single brand identity.

The company seeks to improve the livelihoods of the Ghanaian populace and provide them with a desired advantage to ensure better living conditions.

The group which was adjudged CIMG Life Insurance Company of the year and ranked first in the Financial Services Sector has now branched out into real estate and pensions management, and plans to expand into financial services.

As part of the company’s initiatives, it has rebranded itself and implored its clients to note the changes in its various operating subsidiaries.

The subsidiaries, it stated, will be known as Enterprise Insurance (General business insurers), Enterprise Life (Life insurers), Enterprise Trustees (Pensions management), Enterprise Properties (Real estate investments) and Enterprise Funeral Services (Funeral; burial and related services).

Enterprise Insurance is currently rated 11th on Ghana Club 100, making it the highest rated General Insurance Company in the country and ranked A+ for its Claims Paying Ability by Global Credit Rating of South Africa.
Touting some achievements chalked by the company in a press statement released on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, the company stressed that “for the purposes of sustained growth and the ability to take advantage of profitable business opportunities in sectors of the economy apart from insurance as well as continually returning increased value to shareholders, clients and employees, new subsidiaries have been established which include Trustees and Properties. Incorporated in 2010, Enterprise Trustees is a pensions administration company while Enterprise Properties is a real estate investments wing of the Group”, the release read.

Also assuring Ghanaians of a distinct service delivery, it seeks to deliver on its “values of Friendliness, Trust, Reliability, Excellence and Professionalism and it is a firm assurance that no matter which of our subsidiaries you deal with at anytime, you can trust us to give you an unparalleled advantage.”
