Prez "Dead Goat" Mahama Now Has Wealth & Power So He Can Denigrate Ghanaians - Kwamena Duncan

Kwamena Duncan, NPP Central Regional Secretary, has lambasted President John Dramani Mahama for having a "dead goat syndrome" towards the plight of Ghanaians.

Speaking on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo", Kwamena Duncan noted that the President's statements were intended to denigrate Ghanaian workers.

According to him, President Mahama swore an oath to dedicate himself to the service of the citizenry and the country but has now been induced by money to take Ghanaians for a ride.

To him, President Mahama thinks "the workers are not wise because of elections. They make demands on the ruling government or ruling party with the view that it’s in a vulnerable situation…"

President John Mahama, addressing some Ghanaians in Botswana, told them that he has since grown a tough skin in his response to the agitations from the nation's workers.

"I have seen more demonstrations and strikes in my first two years. I don't think it can get worse. It is said that when you kill a goat and you frighten it with a knife, it doesn't fear the knife because it is dead already.

"I have a dead goat syndrome," he told the Ghanaian community in Botswana during his three-day official State visit.

To Kwamena Duncan, "what will make a President speak this way" is because of "money. He has got money and he has tasted power. He’s traveled all over, have had interaction with Presidents of other places, slept in the best hotels; so money and power have saturated his mind.”
