Member of Parliament (MP) for La Dadekotopon, Nii Amasah Namoale says the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo does not have the requisite leadership qualities to be president.
Speaking to host Kwami Sefa Kayi, Nii Amasah Namoale stated emphatically on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" that Nana Addo is "not a good candidate" for the NPP.
According to him, the NPP will achieve progress without the leadership of their Presidential candidate.
“Their candidate is not good. He does not have leadership qualities because if he had such qualities, there should be peace…This is giving us a shadow of things to come that he cannot organize this small party to maintain peace, how could he organize Ghana to ensure peace?” he quizzed.
Expounding further, the MP condemned the NPP Disciplinary Committee's decision that saw the party's National Chairman Paul Afoko suspended indefinitely.
To him, Paul Afoko's suspension is orchestrated by what he describes as a "mafia group" - to wit a group of individuals with diabolic intent to dismiss the National Chairman - .
He further noted that Mr. Afoko has lost the court of public opinion in the NPP due to the diabolic acts by certain people in the party, who probably envy his position.
Hon. Namoale however advised the NPP to organize themselves because "we need NPP to criticize government so that Ghana will be better.” |
