Martin Amidu Just Wants Attention; He Has No Case - Ade Coker

Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Ade Coker has called the bluff of the 'Citizen Vigilante' Martin Amidu to provide evidence into the recent judicial corruption scandal.

Addressing Mr. Amidu's article on Anas and his Tiger Eye PI' undercover investigation revealing some alleged corrupt judges in the country, Ade Coker insisted that the former Attorney General and Citizen Vigilante has nothing to show for his claims.

To the NDC Regional Chairman, Mr. Amidu wants to catch the public eye and that's why he is capitalizing on exposé by Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

“He shouldn’t have waited till this argument has erupted before coming out with evidence. He should have followed the argument with his evidence. But what you’re doing, now we’re all speculating and the owners of the process; they have come out to deny. What’s the government’s crime even if indeed it did what he claims?"

He dared Martin Amidu to provide a substantial evidence to disclose his claims that Anas and his team were compromised by the Government of Ghana, hence making the private investigative company "fraudulent".

“If he has evidence, he should make it available. When he brings the evidence, the people who did the investigation, they will be held to account and to come and explain whether the evidence is true or not… He has no case. He just wants attention,” he said on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo.
