He branded President Mahama as "dull" and earnestly called on Ghanaians to vote Nana Addo into power to salvage the economy, on his sports programme "Fire for Fire".
In his usual firebrand character, Countryman Songo released a caustic attack on President John Mahama for failing to deliver on the mandate Ghanaians gave him.
"What President Mahama is doing is not good? He should vacate office if he is dull. If he can't deliver, let him abdicate. Mahama cannot do the job. He has disappointed me.
"I thought Mahama was heavy but Mahama is not heavy. Nana Addo should overthrow Mahama. We should vote against Mahama. If he doesn't want us to vote against him, then he should change his ways of leadership and how he's governing Ghana. He can't fix the perennial lights off. Mahama will lose...Nana Addo will defeat him," he asserted.
