Firebrand, Kennedy Agyapong has branded the Deputy Chairman of the
Electoral Commission (EC), Sulley Amadu as “dishonest” and a “crook”,
hence dared to expose his ill motives.
According to him, Mr.
Amadu should be penalized instead of the EC Chairman, Dr. Afari-Gyan,
for being in bed with the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He
revealed on Asempa FM on Thursday that prior to the general elections
last year; he (Mr. Amadu) birthed his ‘evil’ plans during his secret
meetings with NDC members in Accra.
“The most dishonest electoral
Officer you can find is Sulley. He is so dishonest and if he does not
shut up, I will expose him. For him to come and insult the intelligence
of Ghanaians by saying that parties should propose reforms,…who the hell
does he think he is?”
He explained that “all the bad things
that happened” during the elections, the Deputy EC Chairman was the
“operational guide going round, meeting NDC at Shai Hills and teaching
them what to do; telling electoral Officers how to dupe the elections.”
He therefore warned him to keep quiet or else he would bare his activities in broad daylight.
Also,
touching on the ruling by the nine Supreme Court Justices, he stressed
that the “decision of the court not finding anything wrong with the
petitioners’ case is an “endorsement for rigging, beating, killing and
stealing to be declared a winner and that is recipe for chaos.
