Effah-Dartey Must Display His "Legal Muscle" In Court; Not On Radio - Atik Mohammed

PNC Policy Analyst, Atik Mohammed has hit back at legal practitioner Captain (rtd) Nkrabea Effah Dartey for threatening investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Lawyer Effah Dartey threatened to legally whip Anas during cross-examination for implicating his client Justice Gilbert Ayisi Addo in the current judicial corruption scandal.

According to lawyer Effah Dartey, Anas may be hailed by the masses as a heroic whistle blower in the nation but “he will regret the day he was born” when he gets to cross-examine him before the Disciplinary Committee set up to investigate the alleged corrupt judges caught on the Tiger Eye PI video.

Responding to Lawyer Effah Dartey’s threats, Atik Mohammed urged him to rather display his “legal muscle” when the game is brought down before the Disciplinary Committee.

I think that legal muscle should be displayed in the court of law in defense of your client.

He cautioned him to stop boasting of his legal prowess on the air waves.
