Implicated Judges Will Turn Into Statues If They See Anas' "Medusa" Face - Kweku Baako

Kweku Baako, Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide, wants lawyers seeking to have ace investigator Anas Aremeyaw Anas unmask himself during his cross examination before Disciplinary Committee to gird their loins.

Kweku Baako cautioned the lawyers whose clients were cited in the recent judicial scandal to rethink their request for the 'faceless' investigator to expose his true identity.

Counsels for some alleged corrupt judges who were caught on tape by Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his company, Tiger Eye PI, collecting bribes from their clients to tamper with evidence of the cases they were presiding; demand that Anas should be cross examined but in the process, must remove his mask.

Alluding to the movie "Clash of the Titans" where Medusa, a Greek Mythology Gorgon, whose beauty had the power to transform men into stone statues, Mr Baako stressed that should Anas decide to divest himself of his disguise, those Judges and their Counsels will turn into "statues" because of the "monstrous" face of the multiple award-winning investigative journalist.

"I have heard people saying that they want to see his face…you want to see his face or the video evidence indicating your client is receiving bribe or discussing case before him…when they see his face, they would turn into statues…it is like the head of medusa…They’re doing their business. They’re entitled to do it even if they are talking nonsense...They will run away…,” he said.

Mr. Baako further clarified the notion held by the judges that Anas must also be implicated in his own case because he allegedly induced them with money.

By virtue of this, they argue that both the "giver and receiver" in an act of bribery are guilty and must both face full rigors of law.

But Senior Journalist explained that Anas was given immunity under the Whistle Blower Act ostensibly to protect him, pointing out that "in the court of law when the case is put to test, the real guilty party will be brought into the front line because he has collected money in order to bastardize justice. He’s selling justice."
