Vandalizing Kwabena Agyepong's Car Is Irresponsible...NPP Must Repair It - Kofi Jumah

Vandalized car
Former Member of Parliament for Asokwa constituency, Kofi Jumah, has condemned attacks on the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Kwabena Agyepong.

Addressing the vandalism of Mr. Agyepong's car at the party's headquarters, Kofi Jumah advised the party to repair the vehicle.

According to him, it is unworthy of the party to encourage any act of hooliganism.

“It is uncalled for. It is irresponsible. What has his car done to you? Is his car the General Secretary?” Hon. Jumah questioned.

Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', the former MP also called for a cease fire in the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He called on the rank and file of the party to tolerate one another in the party in order to foster unity and peace.

According to him, the NPP was not established to advance an individual's course but rather it was set up with a common goal of boosting the party's fortunes.

Due to this, he believed as a party, there always will be mistakes and grievances.

“Occasionally, there will be mistakes. We will make mistakes but we need to allow that. But when it keeps repeating, then it becomes intentional and cannot be regarded as mere faux pas.”

Hon. Jumah further noted that it is incumbent on the members of the party to find possible solutions to party's internal strife.
