The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) is set to
stage a peace concert at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle.
The concert, dubbed “MUSIGA Peace Concert”, will
come off on December 1 at the Holy Gardens and is aimed at ensuring peace in
the nation.
Several seasoned and ace music icons are billed to
perform amidst peace recitals to sensitize Ghanaians about the need to let
peace reign in the country.
Ahead of the concert, the association has composed
and compiled an album with songs that seek to promote peace.
The album features musicians like Onyame Akwan
Nwomkro Group, kwabena Nyanney, Jesus Evangelical,Badwen Ba, Nyame Akwan Group,
Obour, Nana Akua Bondzie, Bro Ernest, Edem, Okyeame Kwame, Lynx All Stars and
Samini.
The concert will commence at 07.00 and its free to
all Ghanaians.
