President Jerry John Rawlings' warm hug to President John Dramani Mahama

Former President Jerry John Rawlings has pledged to support President John Dramani Mahama in his Presidential endeavours.

Speaking to Radio XYZ, former President Rawlings stated that he will assist President John Mahama to succeed in his administration.

“My support is there for the asking if he ask for it I will give him” President Rawlings promised.

Touching on the traits of President John Mahama, former President Rawlings said the President’s demeanor during the adorned inaugural ceremony yesterday, January 7, indicates his readiness to enforce unity in the nation.

He noted: “It looks like he wants to do everything possible to unite the country and to bring people on board, which is good and I hope he will do that”.
