If Care Isn’t Taken, Ghanaians Will Soon Revolt Violently

James Kwabena Bomfeh, Former National Youth Organizer of the Convention People's Party (CPP), has taken a swipe at those at the helm of affairs in the country.

According to him, since 1993, the nation "has not had a responsible government."

Supporting his argument with explanations, he bemoaned the activities of previous and successive governments; claiming they have not been sensitive to the plight of Ghanaians.

To him, successive governments have only exhibited "sheer wickedness" towards the Ghanaian citizenry.

Commenting on Oman FM's political analysis programme, James Kwabena Bomfeh, also known as "Kabila", decried the incessant sale and privatization of State-owned companies under the PNDC regime and the Kufour government.

He disclosed that the erstwhile Kufour government privatized and sold about 63 State enterprises.

This, he noted, spell doom for the nation because to him; the country is getting into a situation where "due to the disappointments by government; this country will revolt…If care is not taken, the Ghanaian people will violently revolt and as for this, nobody can stand it.”
