Don't Make Political Capital Out Of Late Mahama Adams' Death - Former MP Warns NDC

Former NPP Member of Parliament for Ahafo-Ano South, Stephen Balado Manu has cautioned the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) not to capitalize on the plight of the New Patriotic Party to score political points.

According to him, the recent 'evil' in the NPP is a novelty and should not be seen to be exclusive to the NPP.

Hon. Balado Manu was commenting on the recent turn of events in the NPP which saw the party's Upper East Regional Chairman, the late Mahama Adams being doused with a corrosive substance.

The late Mahama Adams died at the Bolgatanga Teaching Hospital a few hours after the unfortunate incident last Thursday.

Hon. Balado Manu pleaded with the ruling party and other political figures in the country not to take delight in the NPP's current predicament.

To him, what has happened to the NPP is most unfortunate; however there have been several similar incidents in the annals of the country's political history.

Hon. Balado Manu further called for calm to be restored in the NPP and entreated the party to find lasting solutions to their internal wrangling.
