Francis Addai Nimo, Fomer Presidential Aspirant of the New Patriotic Party, has advised members of his party to offer prayers for the NPP.
The NPP leader acknowledged that the party is experiencing difficult moments.
Speaking to Peacefmonline.com, Mr. Addai Nimo believed the New Patriotic Party will recover from the turbulence that has characterized the party arising from the murder of the party's Upper East Regional Chairman Adams Mahama.
To him, seeking the guidance and directions of God is a best solution to resolving the internal strife in the party.
“There are times that when you encounter such difficult moments, that becomes if not the only but one of the options to resort to…Every member of this great party, being a Muslim, a Christian, a traditionalist needs to pray for himself as a member of the party and to pray for everybody whoever belongs to this great tradition of ours.”
The late Adams Mahama died of serious acid burns at the Bolgatanga Hospital, when assailants pour a corrosive substance on his entire body on his way home.
So far, the Police Service has prosecuted the brother of NPP National Chairman, Paul Afoko for complicity in the murder case.
Other six suspects are reportedly picked up by the Police personnel to assist the investigations. |
