"He who has an ear, should listen to what the spirit is saying"- Adenta MP cautions President Mahama

Incumbent Member of Parliament for Adenta, Kojo Adu Asare has admonished President John Mahama to heed the call by bankroller Alfred Agbesi Woyome, to be wary of some party stalwarts who are directly or indirectly linked with the controversial 51 million judgement debt case.

Mr. Adu Asare advised President Mahama not to snub the warning by the self-acclaimed NDC financier which according to him may have dire consequences on the Presidency.

He explained: “When the embarrassment comes up, it will hit the President; I am sure that is the essence of what he is trying to say. From where this case is veering towards, it is likely names are going to pop up and some of these names are the names that have been going round probably looking for one position or the other in the next administration so just beware.”

Alfred Woyome speaking to the media last week disclosed that some government officials are connected to the controversial judgement debt case pending in court and therefore called on the President to be wary in the appointment of his cabinet.

To him, the President should not appoint persons who are remotely or directly linked to the case.

Mr. Adu Asare stated President Mahama should heed the caution by the beleaguered businessman who is at the centre of the controversial judgement debt saga.

“He who has an ear, should listen to what the spirit is saying.” he sermonized President Mahama.

He noted that Mr. Woyome may have “issues that are likely to boomerang in this whole case so the President should be careful.”
