CPP FLAGBEARER ABU SAKARA PAYS TRIBUTE TO THE LATE VICE, ALHAJI ALIU MAHAMA

Presidential candidate for the Convention People's Party, Abu Sakara, has paid tribute to the late Vice President, Alhaji Aliu Mahama, who on Friday November, 16, passed on to glory.

 The late Vice died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after his condition became critical and was put on life-support.

Expressing his condolensce to the bereaved family, Abu Sakara said "I wish to send my deepest condolence to the wife Hajia Aliu Mahama and the children, then the entire Family of our late former Vice President and also to the people of Ghana."

He continued: "He served honorably as Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and served the people of the North throughout his entire life."

"Ghana has lost an illustrious son and the people of the North have lost an asset. May the good Lord grant him eternal life. We shall forever miss him. "
