She routed her competitors to amass the crown and emerge victor in the sixth season of Ghana’s Most Beautiful.
He beat Central Regional contender Hannah Ampomah Mensah (Ama), Eno Adwoa Anima from Ashanti region, and Western Region Afiba Anyanzua Anyanzu to be adjudged queen in the reality show which seeks to educate people about the diverse cultures in the ten regions in the country and also enhance national unity.
The National Theatre auditorium was electrifying on Sunday November 11 as audience were treated to spectacular displays from the ladies and music from some outstanding gospel and hip life icons.
23-year old Emefa Akosua Apeti set the stage thrilling the audience with her dextrous moves and wit as she strut her stuff to the admiration of her fanatics and the judges. She seemed determined to outwit her colleagues.
She pulled a captivating stunt in the Grand finale and won the heart of the judges. Linda Ampah, a judge on the day, could not help but to give her a standing ovation for her mesmerizing displays. Emefa danced and held a fantastic drama on stage to drive home the spirit of unity.
She displayed to the audience and judges the importance of unity, thereby, calling on all Ghanaians to live as one.
“We are one people”, she emphasized.
The other contestants also exhibited impressive performances but couldn’t pull the splendid one which could grab the crown. Emefa took home a car, GHc7, 000 and hampers from sponsors. Ama who came second won GHc6, 000 and hampers.
