Rawlings joins NDC campaign team
Former President Jerry John Rawlings has hinted that he will jump on the campaign trail of the National Democratic Congress.
His decision was confirmed by his Spokesperson, Kofi Adams, who announced that the former President and founding leader of the party is getting ready to assist the NDC’s campaign for the elections on December 7.
Former President Rawlings, until this revelation by his Spokesperson, indicated during a meeting with the Presidential candidate of the opposition NPP that he would not actively participate in the ruling NDC’s campaign.
Speaking on Asempa Fm, Kofi Adams however affirmed that the former President has decided to join in the campaign after observing some changes under the John Mahama administration.
Kofi Adams announced this decision in a meeting with former National Executives and Senior members of the party on Tuesday.
